Tuning Your piano is made up of over 5000 parts; there are over 100 components to just one note! To keep your instrument in top condition, there are a number of things that must be carried out on a regular basis.There can be many reasons why a piano goes out of tune, including loose wrest pins, humid/dry atmosphere, or just heavy use. We recommend that your piano is tuned at least once a year to keep it up to pitch. Our tuners work to concert standard and come highly recommended by some of today's top artists.

• All our staff have been with us for over 19 years.
• We do a maximum of 5 calls per technician each day.
• We know how frustrating it is to have to wait in all day for a repair person to visit - we believe that it is possible to give an approximate time for each tuning call - and we do turn up!
• Due to our attention to detail and customer retention we do have a waiting list for calls but we will give you an advance appointment albeit a few weeks away but we can assure you it is worth the wait.
• We have a reminder list for future calls.
• A tuning visit costs between £45 and £65 plus Vat.
