Confirmed appointments require a minimum of 24 hours notice of cancellation after this time a full charge is made although if we are able to fill the space and you re-book then we will waive this charge.
Please note that we are UNABLE to tune oblong pin Pianos and Eavestaff uprights with the tuning pins under the keyboard. A callout fee will be applied in these cases.
